Crystal Palace v Bournemouth – How to watch live stream, tv channel

Crystal Palace return to Selhurst Park on Friday evening as they look to bounce back from a heavy midweek defeat when they take on eighth-placed Bournemouth in the Premier League.

What TV channel is the game on?

The Palace Bournemouth game will be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event. A valid TV subscription is required to watch the match.

The Eagles begin the weekend in 12th position with 43 points, while Bournemouth arrive five points ahead on 48, continuing their pursuit of a possible European finish.

Palace will be looking to respond after a humbling 5-0 loss at Newcastle United on Wednesday night.

After falling behind in the 15th minute, they missed a chance to level from the penalty spot before conceding again just two minutes later. Newcastle added two more goals before half-time, and a fifth in the 58th minute completed a forgettable night for the visitors.

The result leaves Crystal Palace with just one win from their last four league outings. That victory came in a strong 3-0 performance at home to Brighton. They also secured a 1-1 draw away to Southampton but were well beaten at Manchester City in a 5-2 defeat.

Selhurst Park has been a source of encouragement for Palace in recent weeks. They are unbeaten in five of their last seven home league fixtures and have won each of their last three Premier League matches on their own turf.

Both teams have scored in nine of their last ten home league games, suggesting an open encounter could be on the cards.

Bournemouth travel to South London on the back of a confidence-boosting 1-0 win over Fulham last weekend. Antoine Semenyo struck early at the Vitality Stadium, scoring in the first minute, and the Cherries held firm to collect a valuable three points.

That result ended a six-game winless run in all competitions for Bournemouth, a stretch that included league defeats to Brentford and Ipswich Town, as well as an FA Cup loss to Manchester City.

They had also drawn away to Tottenham and West Ham in that period.

While Bournemouth have failed to win on their last three Premier League away trips, their overall away record remains strong. They are unbeaten in nine of their last ten league games on the road and have seen both teams score in each of their last seven away fixtures.

With both sides eyeing a strong finish to the season, Friday’s meeting promises to be a closely fought contest with attacking potential at both ends.
