You just need to select a four-digit PIN number while you’re there to activate your new card, and then you’re good to go.

Once you’ve registered your card and chosen a four-digit PIN, you’ll be ready to start using it in any Coral shop in the UK.

Before you do that, though, you need to go through Coral’s ‘Think 21’ policy: if they think you are under 21, they will ask for proof of age. You will need to carry ID with you every time you enter a Coral shop because your Coral Connect Card won’t be enough.

On the first occasion that you withdraw cash from your account in a shop, Coral will also need to see the debit card that was used to deposit the money.
