This is a key game for Blackpool with their opponents QPR stuggling for form and falling down the table.
New Rangers boss Gareth Ainsworth has a difficult job but a 1-0 win over Watford last weekend will have settle the nerves.
A win for the home side however would certainly put the pressure on as its also possible the Hoops could be pulled into the relegation battle.
Cameron Winstanley of the72 comments.
“Blackpool would’ve been eyeing this as the perfect matchup to grab three points and drag QPR into a relegation scrap”
A win for the away side however could signal the end of QPR’s relegation fears.
“The weekend’s results mean defeat for the hosts will likely see the QPR over the hill towards safety, with a 13 point gap opening up should Gareth Ainsworth make it back-to-back wins.
A point for either side would be better for QPR but Blackpool would be disappointed taking only one point from their closest rivals.
“The R’s have got the winning feeling back but may have to settle for a draw this time round, which would certainly favour the visitors.”
This is a real relegation battle which kicks off from Bloomfield Road (Blackpool) at 7.45PM.
