Tottenham linked with Chelsea star and more

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma.
It is common knowledge that Tottenham are fishing for a centre-back in the transfer market. They have been linked with a number of names in the past few days and have already seen their attempt to sign Pau Torres from Villarreal amounted to nothing.
According to the latest report from Sky Sports, the North London side have added the Chelsea centre-back’s name to their list of possible targets this summer.
Up until now, Zouma has been strongly linked with a move to West Ham United. The Hammers have identified him as their primary target this summer, but they have not been able to match Chelsea’s valuation of £25m.
Zouma has a contract with Chelsea until 2023. He is open to an exit from Chelsea this summer, but he wouldn’t mind staying at the club next season. He did manage 24 league appearances last season, but he has lost his place in the starting eleven under Thomas Tuchel.
Chelsea have also attempted to use Zouma as leverage for a deal for Sevilla’s Jules Kounde. However, Zouma’s preference is to stay in London. The 26-year-old has been with Chelsea since he joined them from St Etienne in 2014, for £12m. Injuries hindered his time at the club, and he had to go out on multiple loans.
Spurs have also been strongly linked with a move for Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic. The 23-year-old has only one year left on his current deal, and he would be a cheaper option than Zouma.
In another exciting transfer news for Spurs fans, Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez has been linked with a move to North London.
The Uruguay international enjoyed an impressive season with Cagliari last season. He was also strongly linked with a move to Inter Milan earlier in the window. And he has recently handed in a transfer request to the club.
Nandez has accumulated 41 caps for the Uruguay national side. He is reportedly valued at £31m.
