The Swans rebounded from their disappointing loss at Burnley with a hard-fought 3:2 win over Reading a couple of days ago; despite trailing by two goals at the 40 minute mark, the Swans were able to claw their way back into the game, scoring three times in under 35 minutes to take the lead.

With that in mind, Russell Martin’s men have now won five of their last six matches; they’ve also averaged over two goals per game in that six-game stretch.

As it stands, Swansea are in ninth-place, just below the promotion playoff places; they’ve accumulated a total of 24 points from 15 league games.

The Swans will set their sights on another win as Cardiff come to their home patch.

The Bluebirds are coming off a humiliating 3:0 defeat at the hands of Queens Park Rangers.

Mark Hudson’s men did not look too good in that game, as they couldn’t register a single shot on target, whilst allowing 22 shots.

With that in mind, Cardiff have now lost back-to-back games; their forwards have not been very efficient in front of goal lately, as they blanked in their last two games.

Mark Hudson’s men have dropped to 20th on the Championship table; they’ve won five of 15 league matches so far, and most of those wins came at home.

Its pretty clear that Cardiff City have struggled away from home this season; as they lost five of eight matches on the road so far.

It’ll be interesting to see if they can get any points from this trip to their local rivals.

On one hand, we have a Swansea side that won five of their last six matches; they haven’t had much trouble finding the net, as they averaged two goals per game in that stretch.

Cardiff City have lost their last two games; they failed to score in both games, registering just one total shot on target.

Swansea tend to play well against Cardiff; the Swans have five wins in the last seven fixtures between these two, with a draw and a loss.

There’s 6/5 available on the home win today and that price jumps out at us. The Swans are in pretty good shape at the moment while Cardiff are still adjusting to their managerial changes.

Get on the home win.

The fixture gets underway at 12:00 BST.
