Stoke City didn’t look too good in their goalless draw at Queens Park Rangers last time out; they only managed one shot on target and were lucky not to lose.

It’s worth pointing out that Alex Neil’s men have done fairly well in recent weeks; as they have two wins, two draws, and a loss in their last five matches.

Also, the Potters kept three clean sheets in that five-game stretch, including their last two matches.

As it stands, Stoke City are 14th on the Championship table; they’ve amassed 12 points from 10 league games so far.

Alex Neil’s men have no losses in their last two games, and they’ll look to extend that run as Watford comes calling.

Watford has been going through a rough patch these past couple of months; they’ve won just one of their last eight games across all competitions, with four draws and three losses.

The dismissal of manager Rob Edwards will not have helped matters either.

Watford has won three games this season, and those wins were at home; they have no wins in five matches away from home.

Although the Hornets have no wins on the road, they’ve lost just one away game so far.

Watford drew four of five games away from home; only one team has drawn more matches in the Championship this season.

With that in mind, Slaven Bilic’s men find themselves in 11th place; they are without a win in their last three matches and will hope to end that unwanted streak as they make the trip to the Bet365 Stadium.

Recent meetings between Stoke City and Watford have featured plenty of goals; their last three encounters saw four goals scored on average, with both teams scoring in all three matches.

Both teams were on the score sheet in four of Watford’s last five fixtures.

Considering Stoke City found the back of the net in four of their last five games, we should expect goals at both ends.

Both teams to score is available at 10/11 and with Watford eager to impress their new manager we could see an attacking game today.

This one kicks off a 12:00 BST.
