A total of nine events will take place throughout the afternoon, with plenty of prize money up for grabs.
The Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe will be one of the most-watched events in the whole calendar, with 15 runners eyeing victory.
But much of the talk pre-race has centred around the shock withdrawal of long-time favourite Love.
Love’s odds had changed throughout the week after heavy rain made the ParisLongchamp ground very soft. Her wins this season have come in very different circumstances.
The 1000 Guineas, the Oaks at Epsom and Yorkshire Oaks victories have all arrived on good ground.

The withdrawal at the final declaration stage came as a huge shock to all, with rival Enable now strong favourite to come out on top.
Moreover, Enable will be seeking to become the first treble winner of Europe’s richest flat race. It will take some stopping to prevent the record-seeking Enable on Sunday.
The race over a mile and a half will, however, still be an exciting encounter regardless.
Frankie Dettori’s Enable is currently 5/4 to clinch victory.
The jockey is confident of securing an unprecedented third success this weekend.
Stradivarius can be backed at 13/2, with Sottsass and In Swoop available at 8/1 and 9/1 respectively.
Mogul can be backed at 11/1, with trio Raabihah, Persian King and Serpentine all currently available at 12/1.
And Japan is currently 14/1.
Way To Paris has been given odds of 25/1 to cause an upset, with Gold Trip and Deirdre available at 33/1 and 50/1 respectively.
Chachnak, Royal Julius and Sovereign will also be vying for top spot, but they will know just how difficult it will be to topple to Dettori.
They are all currently 66/1 to pull off a major shock and finish first on Sunday.
