The Boro’s displays see them go into Saturday’s game seventh in the table with 18 points, but their opponents have started even better.
After a disappointing season in the top-flight last time out, Norwich have been doing their utmost to get back to the very top.
Their displays have pushed them to the top three on 21 points, level with Watford and just one behind leaders Reading.

Both teams will be welcoming several players back to club football after the latest international break.
Norwich’s Teemu Pukki and Kenny McLean were heavily involved over the two weeks, with Boro’s Paddy McNair and George Saville also featuring.
The clubs had plenty of other stars representing their countries, but club football now returns, with Warnock and his opposite number Daniel Farke hoping that all return safely and free from injury.
Both sides are unbeaten in their last five games, and so there may be very little to separate them come Saturday.
But it is the Canaries who have a slight advantage, having won their most recent game. They edged past Swansea 1-0, with Boro drawing their previous two matches 0-0.
A home win has been given odds of 2/1.
Farke’s outfit can be backed at 8/5 to leave with all three points. The draw is currently available at 23/10.
Pukki has four goals and one assist so far this season.
The striker is currently available at 19/4 to score the game’s opening goal. But the Finland international comes up against a stern defence, one that has conceded just five times in the campaign.
Boro boast the strongest defensive record in the league, and can be backed at 9/4 to keep yet another clean sheet.
But goals under Warnock have been hard to come by, with his side among the lowest scorers in the division.
Another goalless stalemate involving Boro can be backed at 7/1.
