With the shocking news of Matt Hancock entering ‘I’m A Celebrity’, the bookmakers have priced up the controversial Conservative MP to win the competition. But is he a favourite?

You can currently get odds of up to 20/1 on the former Health Secretary to win the ITV smash hit with the likelihood of that coming down being very high. Other bookmakers have also priced up 10/1 with more prices being released every second.

It was quite a shock to see the 44-year old’s name being put into the hat which has now caused him to be suspended in parliament following the news on Tuesday morning.

As a former member of the active government, Hancock will now swap his role in office for Australia as he will undoubtedly be chosen for a couple of the famous bush tucker trials voted by the British public.

The former Lioness had once been seen as an outsider upon on the Antepost opening, but with her fun and outgoing personality – she has soon shot up the favourites and sits high ahead of the likes of Boy George, Chris Moyles and Mike Tindall who will all enter the jungle over the coming weeks.
