Second season syndrome is a phrase which is proving popular these days an it can definitely be applied to Leeds Utd today as they face Wolves at home.

After a successful season last time out, its now only one win all season for Bielsa’s men, having taking a paltry six points from their eight games played.

A solitary one nil win over Watford in their last home game is Leeds’ only victory this season and the Elland Road faithful will be hoping they can make it back to back home wins as Wolves come to town.

Its been a pretty disappointing campaign so far for the Lilywhites, although the three points secured last time at home is definitely something to build on.

Wolves are in pretty decent form coming into this one, having won four of their last five games, in fact Bruno Lage’s side have won their last three on the road.

Manager Bruno Lage looks to be getting the side playing well together following a slow start to the new Premier League season – can they make it a remarkable four wins in a row today?

Leeds should welcome back Brazilian Raphina back into the side and he could provide the spark that Leeds need at the moment, although Luke Ayling and more importantly Patrick Bamford are both missing with knocks.

The Lilywhites are creating plenty of chances at the moment but are having problems finishing things off, averaging less than a goal a game at the moment.

The absence of Bamford up front continues to be a key problem at the moment, and until a suitable replacement is found, Leeds could once again struggle today.

Confidence is with Wolves at the moment, and it would take a shrewd punter to back against the away side at the moment, considering their current form.
