India vs. West Indies final T20: Who will clinch victory in crucial decider?
It’s the third and final T20 match between India and West Indies, with the series finely poised at 1-1.
The pair go into the game knowing it’s winner takes all, having gone neck and neck in the previous two matches.
The previous two meetings ended in similar circumstances, with a different winner arising from each affair earlier this month.
The hosts went into a 1-0 lead by winning the opening game by six wickets with eight balls left. The visitors then levelled the series with an eight wicket victory, with nine balls left that time around.
The Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai plays host to the all-important meeting on Wednesday.
India are currently 4/9 to win the match and therefore clinch the series. Their opponents are available at 7/4. It’s 12/1 for a draw and thus a deciding Super Over.
India’s Virat Kohli hit 94 not out to top score for the hosts in the first T20. He is currently 12/5 to do the same this time around. KL Rahul followed his captain with 62 runs, and he’s currently 7/2 to outscore his team-mates on Wednesday.
Shivam Dube hit 54 in the second meeting to top score for India. He’s currently 4/1 to be their top batsman once again.
For the visitors, Shimron Hetmyer top scored with 56 in the opening game, with Lendl Simmons managing 67 not out in the second meeting. Both can be backed at 4/1 to top score for West Indies in the third and final fixture.
Evin Lewis also added runs in the first two matches, and he is available at 13/5 to be his country’s top scorer this time around.
India are currently 11/8 to hit the most sixes, with their opponents available at 4/5. The hosts are 8/13 to score the most fours, with West Indies currently 11/8.
