I’m A Celebrity: ‘Angry’ Wright sees odds drift

This year’s I’m A Celeb contestants have endured jungle life for well over a week now and the cracks are already starting to show.

Rationed food, a lack of luxuries and sleepless nights have seen tempers flare on numerous occasions with Ian Wright in the thick of it. The former England footballer, who started the show as the bookies favourite to be crowned King Of The Jungle, has lost his rag with a couple of his camp mates resulting in his odds drifting. Wright is out to 12/1 to win the show.

New to the camp is Andrew Whyment, better known as Kirk from Corrie. The Manc actor is the new market leader at 11/4 and if he’s anything like the character he plays then it’s going to be a fun couple of weeks.

Next in the betting is Eastenders star Jacqueline Jossa.

Her laid back, chirpy attitude seems to be going down well with the public and despite being shit scared of everything she doesn’t shy away from getting stuck in. She’s 10/3 to be Queen Of The Jungle, the same price as Roman Kemp, son of Martin of course.

Caitlyn Jenner could be the outside bet. She’s funny, loved by the camp mates and at 9/1 she shouldn’t be over looked.

James Haskell is currently leader of the camp and he’s 10/1 to win the show. His frosty outburst at Ant and Dec the other night raised a few eyebrows, but he should be there or there abouts come the end of the three weeks.

Comedian Andrew Maxwell is the 11/8 favourite to be eliminated first and 80/1 to win the show. His tiff with Ian Wright the other night was petty to say the least. Then there’s Adele Roberts. The Radio 1 DJ is the current 100/1 outsider to win the show, but only second favourite 6/4 to leave the show first.
