Huddersfield FC v Sunderland – Is there a live stream of the fixture?
Huddersfield Town will welcome Sunderland to the John Smith’s Stadium on Wednesday evening; this will be the first meeting between these teams in 19 years, and their first in a league match since 1999.
Huddersfield Town are coming off a surprising 1:0 win against Millwall last weekend; after taking the lead within the first 10 minutes, they were able to hold on for the win.

Huddersfield’s win over Millwall was their first in four games; as a matter of fact, they had not scored in two games prior to last weekend.
It’s worth noting that Huddersfield Town were in last place ahead of their fixture last weekend; and because of that win, they’ve gone up one spot on the Championship table.
That said, Mark Fotheringham’s men are just two points from safety, and they’ll hope to string up consecutive wins for the first time this season.
On the other hand, Sunderland had to come from behind to rescue a point at Luton Town last weekend; the Black Cats looked the better side, and were unlucky not to win.
We would like to mention that Sunderland have been going through a rough patch recently; they are winless in their last three games, with just one win in their last eight matches.
As a result of their poor form, Sunderland have gradually dropped down the league table, and are now in 16th place; they are just four points above the relegation zone, and if things don’t change, they could be in the bottom three by Christmas.
It’ll be interesting to see if Tony Mowbray can turn things around.
This should be an interesting fixture between two teams that need all three points. We would like to point out that both teams aren’t exactly high-scoring sides.
On one hand, Huddersfield Town scored just once in their last three games; they also conceded one goal in that three-game stretch, with all of those games going under 1.5.
Similarly, Sunderland failed to score in three of their last seven matches; they averaged under a goal per game in that seven-game stretch.
On that note, we don’t think these teams will score up to three goals between them; the ‘under 2.5 goals’ option is priced at 4/6 odds, and we believe it’s worth a punt.
