Mansfield Town and Port Vale will meet in the League Two playoff final on Saturday afternoon, with both clubs looking to secure a place in the third tier of English football.

The two clubs came through their semi-final fixtures, with Mansfield Town defeating Northampton 3-2 on aggregate, and Port Vale defeating Swindon Town.

Both clubs will be hoping to carry their momentum into the final, and they will be aware of the prize on offer if they are able to secure victory.
