Its one of the biggest games of the footballing calendar as the Championship playoff Final between Nottingham Forest and Huddersfield Town takes place today at Wembley.

The winner will reach the hallowed ground of the Premier League. Which side will make the step up?

You can watch the game across a number of formats in the UK. The broadcast rights are with Sky Sports TV so you can watch the game in high definition across all the Sky outlets, including on Sky GO if you are watching via your mobile phone.

There is also live commentary of the game via the BBC in the UK and the radio station Talk Sport will be live at Wembley so you can listen to the game through those devices.

Both these sides, especially Nottingham Forest have done well to even get to the final. The Tricky Trees as they are known actually bottom of the Championship last September when Steve Cooper took the reigns.

A remarkable set of results however has seen Nottingham Forest reach third in the table, only missing out on an automatic promotion spot to Bournemouth in the last game of the season.

Nottingham Forest reached the final by winning a nail biting penalty shootout with Sheffield Utd in the playoff semi final, while Huddersfield had Jordon Rhodes to thank after he scored a late winner against Luton Town.

What time does the game kick off?

The game is scheduled to being at 4.30PM on Sunday the 29th May 2022. The Forest v Huddersfield fixture will take place at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

Nottingham Forest are the 6/5 favourites with Bet365 coming into this one, with Steve Cooper’s side backed to continue their fairytale season. Huddersfield Town however could prove to be the better value and at a price of 5/2 could be the main play in this one.

What is the match prediction?

It’s difficult not to oppose Nottingham Forest in this one if we take into account their rise up the table – this may just be their year.

Their semi final shoot out may have taken a little out of the side after their tie with Sheffield Utd went to penalties but the 6/5 looks plenty big enough to see them through today.
