Everton vs Dynamo Kiev Live Stream : Watch ‘Match For Peace’ from Goodison

on

Everton‘s final pre season friendly gets underway tonight in a match filled with poignancy, as Ukraine’s Dynamo Kiev visit Goodison Park in the ‘Match For Peace’.

The Ukrainian side have been playing matches all across Europe since the start of the war, in order to provide funds for the humanitarian efforts in their home country.

Everton are finally coming off a pre season friendly win, are coming off a 4:2 win at Blackpool.

What TV Channel is the Everton game on?

The match is not being broadcast on either Sky Sports or BT Sport tonight, however non UK residents can watch via Sport TV 4, Sport TV Multiscreen, ESPN + in the USA and Super Sport network.

What time does the Everton vs Kiev match kickoff?

The Everton v Dynamo Kiev match kicks off from Goodison Park at 19:45 on Friday 29th July 2022.

Everton v Kiev Match Preview

In the matches prior to that win, they had lost three games in a row. The Toffees will welcome Dynamo Kiev to Goodison Park on Friday evening; they’ll hope to string up consecutive wins for the first time in two months.

Dynamo Kiev struggled with a little consistancy of late, winning two, drawing one and they’ve lost two of their last five matches.

Mircea Lucescu’s men will hope to improve their form as they go up against Everton tonight.

The Ukrainians defeated Fenerbahçe over two legs in their Champions League qualifying clash; that win was in extra time, after the reverse fixture ended goalless. It’s important to note that Dynamo Kiev have no wins at the end of regulation time in their last four games.

To be fair, Everton have had their fair share of struggles lately; they suffered three losses in their last four matches. However, those losses came on the road; the Toffees have been solid at home, with four wins, a draw and a loss in their last six home games.

Furthermore, Everton play in a much tougher league than Dynamo Kiev; and considering they have the added advantage of playing at home, we’re backing the Toffees to win.

What is the Everton Form coming into the game?

Everton have not been able to keep the goals out in recent months; they have conceded at least a goal in each of their last six games, with 18 goals allowed in that six-game stretch.

Conversely, Frank Lampard’s men have scored their fair share of goals; they found the net 10 times in their last six matches.

Likewise, Dynamo Kiev have scored and conceded a lot of goals; they conceded in five of their last six games, whilst scoring in four of those games.

Both teams scored in four of Everton’s last six, and in four of Dynamo Kiev’s last six matches; with this in mind, we are making the prediction that both teams will find the back of the net.

We’ve pointed out that Everton conceded 18 goals in their last six games alone; that’s three goals per game on average.

Frank Lampard has brough in James Tarkowski from Burnley in the off season which should strengthen things at the back, but Everton do loko like a side which is likely to concede a few.

As a matter of fact, five of Everton’s last six games saw at least four goals scored, with four of those games going over 4.5 so we could see plenty of goal mouth action tonight.

In like manner, Dynamo Kiev have had their fair share of games where there have been plenty of goals as four of their last six games went above the 2.5 goal margin.

On that note, we should expect some goals in this match and raise money for a worthwhile cause.
