Jason Tindall’s men sit fifth with 17 points, with four wins and five draws to their name so far.
They did, however, lose their first league match of the season on Tuesday. A Barry Bannan penalty condemned Bournemouth to a 1-0 loss at Sheffield Wednesday, with both teams ending the game with ten men.
Birmingham meanwhile have had an inconsistent start to their campaign. They occupy 14th spot in the table, with three wins from their ten games. Don’t forget you can watch Birmingham v West Brom live streaming.
They’ve drawn four times and lost three times so far.
Aitor Karanka’s outfit also lost midweek, going down 2-1 at home to Wycombe. Despite going ahead through Marc Roberts, the visitors turned it around late on to clinch all three points.
But Saturday presents both Birmingham and Bournemouth with a chance to get back to winning ways.
The Blues have been given odds of 3/1 to come out on top.
The away side can be backed at 23/20 to win the match.
And a draw is currently available at 9/4.
Both teams to score in the match is available at 21/20.
Arnaut Danjuma has been the brightest spark for the Cherries in the early stages of the campaign. The attacker boasts three goals this season, and will be keen to add to his tally this weekend.
His team-mate and former Liverpool man Dominic Solanke sits one behind him in the standings with two goals. And the striker’s three assists have also been key to the club’s recent success going forward.
Danjuma can be backed at 11/2 to break the deadlock.
And Solanke is available at 9/2.
Others looking to impress and open the scoring include Josh King and Sam Surridge at 13/2 and 7/1 respectively.
For the hosts, it is Jonathan Leko and Scott Hogan who could be the biggest threat going forward. The former is currently 21/1 to score the first goal of the game, with the latter available at 8/1.
