The latest Ashes betting odds ahead of the second test at Lord’s to identify the favorites to win the England vs. Australia series.

In the 2023 Ashes Betting Odds, Australia is now firmly favored to win the series after their thrilling chase of 281 runs in the first test at Edgbaston.

With two wickets to spare, the tourists successfully reached their second innings target, thanks to a 55-run partnership between captain Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon.

So, who are the favorites to win the Ashes 2023?

Australia, initially priced at 19/20 before the series, can now only be backed at a best price of 1/2 (worst price 21/50).

On the other hand, England’s odds have slipped from 8/5 prior to the first test to a best price of 10/3 to reclaim the urn before the second test at Lord’s this week.

Despite criticism directed at captain Ben Stokes for his bold declaration on the opening day of the first test, coach Brendon McCullum has stated that England will adopt an even more aggressive approach following their agonizing two-wicket loss in the initial Ashes Test at Edgbaston.

Can Australia win the series by a scoreline of 5-0?

They are currently priced at a best value of 11/1, reflecting the well-known prediction made by Australian legend and all round banter machine Glenn McGrath, who has a habit of making a few outlandish statements before each test series.

England are too good to lose 5-0.
